Red fruits such as cherries, blueberries and raspberries stand out, as well as roses and juniper, complex aromas of excellent quality. It is recommended to accompany roasted meat, jerky, pasta Bolognese, tortas ahogadas, cured pork loin or blood sausage.

It has a soft attack on the palate, is dry and fresh acidity. The alcohol is warm and the tannins round, with an enveloping body. The aroma on the palate is again of red fruits (mainly cherries and nectarines), juniper, pepper, licorice and dark chocolate, dairy and a balsamic touch. It is a balanced and persistent wine.
