A frank wine of medium intensity that achieves an expression of aromas such as peach, honey pineapple, tangerines, orange blossom, jasmine, pear and lime. It is friendly with a medium-high acidity that refreshes the palate. The balance is harmonious and the persistence is very long. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 13 – 15 °C.
It is a clean, bright wine, with a greenish hue and straw yellow color.
The nose is frank and of medium intensity. The fruity aromas of yellow plum, apple, banana, tangerine, orange blossom and acacia are accompanied by a note of fennel and vanilla, which gives it great complexity.
he attack on the palate is smooth. It presents itself as a dry wine, with fresh acidity, light vinosity, thus constituting a firm body and good structure. The retronasal aromas detected by the nose are perceived, especially flowers, fresh fruits such as banana and pineapple, and aniseed. The balance is harmonious and the persistence is very long.
