The Valle de Guadalupe, in Baja California, is the heart that defines the character of our wines. Located within the world’s principal wine-producing latitude, it is Mexico’s leading wine region, accounting for approximately 70% of national production.
CLIMATE
This terroir is defined by a warm, dry climate with limited rainfall. However, humidity from the Pacif Ocean moderates these conditions, creating balance.
SOILS
Predominantly decomposed granite and sandy soils in Valle de Guadalupe, with clay-rich soils in Ojos Negros. These variations allow precise viticultural expressions and stylistic diversity, comparable to select areas of southwestern France.
VARIETIES
Our vineyards are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Sauvignon Blanc. Additional varieties include Chenin Blanc, Syrah and Chardonnay, selected for their strong affinity with our land.
