This wine represents the birth of the winery. The first cabernet Sauvignon was planted in 1987 and remains the oldest vine on our estate.

Cabernet Sauvignon is the backbone of our red wines, achieving perfect ripeness in our terroir.

Appearance:

Deep ruby.

Nose:

Medium aromas of black cherry, plum, blackcurrant, raspberry, lavender, black pepper and vanilla.

Palate:

Dry, full-bodied with medium acidity and firm, ripe tannins. Concentrated black fruit flavors, balanced alcohol and long finish.

Conclusion:

Very good quality. Classic, structured Cabernet Sauvignon with ageing potential.
