Participants are presented with 12 aroma vessels, each representing the aromatic characteristics of the four wines tasted. One aroma is intentionally misleading, inviting guests to challenge their sensory perception and wine knowledge.

Wines are served in black tasting glasses and concealed bottles, encouraging guests to assess wines exclusively through aroma, palate structure and balance.

Participants rely on intuition and sensory analysis to identify each wine, promoting and objective and focused tasting aligned with professional evaluation methods.

An immersive vineyards experience connecting guests with land and terroir of Monte Xanic. The guided walk through the vineyards includes 3 tasting stops and insights into viticulture practices. The experience concludes beside the estate lake with another wine tasting and artisanal cheese board.
