HONEY & WINE PAIRING TASTING
A distinctive pairing experience combining Monte Xanic wines with monofloral honeys, each offering a unique aromatic profile derived from a single floral source. Each honey reflects the character of a single floral source, resulting in distinctive flavors. The tasting usually includes mesquite, raspberry, orange blossom and avocado honey.
Includes: Guided winery tour, service in a private tasting room,
tasting of 4 wines, the selection of 4 monofloral honeys, and bottled water.
