PINOT NOIR LIMITED EDITION
From Valle de Ojos Negros, it is a clean and bright wine of subtle intensity, cherry red color with garnet hues, very spicy with clove and cinnamon, pleasant wood, nuts, balsamic and light smoky touches. A dry wine with fresh acidity, made during 13 months in Seguin Moreau medium-long toast barrels, with single-use oak 75% and new oak 25%.
A clean and bright wine, of subtle intensity, cherry red color with ruby tones.
Frank and intense. Forest fruits, blackberries, raspberries, plums and toasted nuts stand out. The wood note is very pleasant and is accompanied by spices (clove and cinnamon), nuts, balsamic and light smoky touches. The aromas are fine and elegant.
Very pleasant, revealing a dry wine with fresh acidity. The alcohol is warm and blends with the sweet tannins, which gives it a full and enveloping body. The aroma on the palate is more complex than that perceived on the nose, with notes of aniseed, persimmon, dark chocolate and cherries. It is a very well balanced and persistent wine to the senses.
